Q. Can SciS​tress really get rid of stress?

A. The scientific understanding of how stress is generated in your brain clearly shows the root cause of where and how stress is generated. The StopStress techniques can relax that part of your brain quickly and reduce your stress. But if used and understood appropriately you can aim with the technique directly at the source of the stress creation process in your brain, naturally and effectively. Q. Should I read Fred's book before the workshop?

A. You will gain a significant advantage by reading the book in advance! Why? Because this workshop presents a lot of new knowledge. There is much to learn. Learning is a process of repetition. By reading the book in advance you will gain deeper insights and benefits in the workshop. The workshop is self-contained. Reading the book is not required. Yet you will get much more out of it after reading the book – and BTW, Fred will be happy to sign the book for you at the workshop.

Q. I want to keep my problems to myself. Do I have to tell anybody at the workshop?

A. No! Your privacy and comfort are the first priority. You do not need to disclose your stress issues if you don't want to. How is that possible? Because YOU know your issue and only YOU use the techniques to reduce or eliminate the stress this causes you. All Fred needs to know is how intensely you feel that stress. Because then you and Fred together can assess your progress and guide you most effectively to achieve results.
